Video Interview

Once you have completed the video interview portion, our team will deliberate on your candidacy. If it makes sense to move you to the next round, a member of the team will reach out to you for next steps.

First Round Interview

During the first-round interview, the Greenwood Project team will take the time to get to know the candidate and their skillset. We will ask questions about experience and look for preparedness, confidence, and examples of projects and group work.
Stage 5

Second Round Interview

During the second round of interviews, the Greenwood Project team will take the time to learn more about the candidate through behavioral questions and a live assessment. This live assessment will be a role play. The candidates should practice and prepare themselves accordingly.
